Kaizen Uchi, meaning "continuous improvement of the home" in Japanese, was conceived during a transformative period in our lives, Haven and Corinne. After significant personal upheavals, including the dissolution of a 4-year partnership and a 17-year partnership respectively, and the end of a shared business venture, we found ourselves at a crossroads individually, but at the exact same time. Both of us newly unpartnered mothers balancing careers, we sought a new outlet for our creative energies, a haven where our passion for design could flourish anew and benefit every client we serve.
