“My client cried when I gave it to him"!” Not that crying should be the benchmark for art, but it goes to show how heartfelt art is when given as a Closing Gift (or used as Client Retention Marketing). The proud homeowner was returning to his hometown with his son, and had told his realtor Corinne that he had “driven past it” several times leading up to closing. Cute house for a wonderful family!
